Outasker is led by Thomas Powers. Before consulting, he spent a decade inside a retail business that grew from a single storefront into a primarily online operation, running the Amazon and Shopify channels, purchasing and logistics, and the NetSuite system tying it all together.

The team is built the same way: people who have run the systems they now fix. We scope our own work, build it ourselves, and stay reachable long after it ships.
